Using Kaisen

Kaisen provides tools for organizing tutoring clubs. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful educational and organizational purposes.

Accounts and authorization

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kaisen. You sign in through Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Club managers are responsible for inviting appropriate people, configuring forms, protecting join and tutor codes, and handling information submitted by their members. A person creating a club must affirm that they have authorization from the relevant school, district, or responsible organization to use Kaisen and submit participant data for that club.

Member information and communication

Only submit information you have the right to share. Do not use Kaisen to harass, discriminate against, impersonate, or expose another person. Pairing notifications and other service emails may be sent to the addresses associated with participating accounts.

Matching results

Automated matching creates suggestions based on the fields and priorities configured by a club. Suggestions are not guarantees, and managers are responsible for reviewing proposals before confirming pairings. Kaisen provides software only; each school or club remains responsible for tutor screening, supervision, safeguarding, communications, and its own tutoring policies. Kaisen does not supervise tutoring relationships or guarantee outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, scrape private club information, or use Kaisen in a way that violates applicable law or school policy.

Content and service changes

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant Kaisen permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including for maintenance, safety, or legal reasons.

Disclaimer and limits

Kaisen is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Kaisen is not liable for indirect losses, tutoring outcomes, missed communications, or information shared by users. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and contact

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security reasons. You may stop using Kaisen at any time. Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@kaisenapp.com.
